Your ultimate coffee brewing guide

French Press

The French Press is a classic coffee brewing method that allows the oils and flavors of the coffee to shine. Start by coarsely grinding your coffee beans. Use a ratio of 1:15 (coffee to water) and steep for about 4 minutes before plunging down the filter.

Pour Over

This technique gives you full control over the brewing time and temperature. Place a filter in your dripper, add the ground coffee, and use a kettle to pour hot water in a circular motion. Aim for a blooming time of 30 seconds before continuing to brew for up to 3 minutes.

Cold Brew

Cold brewing is a refreshing alternative that’s perfect for hot days. Combine coarsely ground coffee with cold water in a jar (1:4 ratio). Let it steep for 12 to 24 hours in the fridge, then strain it through a mesh or coffee filter.
